WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Tracking information gets sent to your email via our couriers so check you junk. If you can not locate your tracking, then email contact@lunaloveslondon.com and we can locate it for you.
 
I HAVE NOT RECIEVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?
It will likely to be in your junk folder. If you can’t find it, please email contact@lunaloveslondon.com with your full name and address on the order and we can confirm it for you.
 
ORDER HAS BEEN DESPATCHED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT YET?

I HAVE A COMPLAINT
We’d be really shocked that you weren’t over the moon with your Luna Loves item, but in the unlikely event this is the case, please email contact@lunaloveslondon.com with your complaint 
 
CAN I CUSTOMISE ANY OF YOUR DESIGNS?
This is the magic of our product! You can customise your name, or initials on our website, even down to where it’s placed, although if you wish to customise it’s position on the jacket, this would need to be emailed to us so we can customise this for you too. Jacket colours, sizings etc are not customisable, however, keep your eyes peeled for new designs launching throughout the year!
 
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
 We offer free shipping for UK & worldwide!
 We endeavour to ship all orders within 7-14 days business days of receiving the order. Customers will be notified via email when their order has been dispatched. 
 
DO YOU DELIVER WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we ship globally from our Luna Loves London site and all orders are shipped without any additional delivery charges.
 
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY DENIM JACKET?

Before your wedding, we recommend storing your jacket in a dress bag in a cool, clean and dry environment.

After your wedding, we recommend dry cleaning your jacket with a dry cleaner or hand wash.
